i feel so spoiled today its not funny...
our day started out on the long trip to greenville to look at the van we have been drooling over online for about a month now.. cash in hand and ready to buy! weve been vehicle'less for way to long now so we are more than ready to buy but buying smart is the only way we will go.
needless to say we were ready and prepared to over look a few things, for example the discolored carpet and the wear on the seats, the van after all was 12 years old and you cant expect to find show room quality this many years later. but things we couldnt over look included the patch work on the roof of the van to seal holes and the fact that it wouldnt even run.. so our long trip was a bust *insert sad face here* although our hunt is not over yet, we will continue looking until we find what we are looking for that is decent and in our price range.
once we got home i think all ron and i wanted to do was take a nice long nap, sadly though that wasnt going to happen.. i jumped on the house computer and started searching craigslist once again and ron was flipping pages in the carolina bargin trader.
our search found us a few options but even further away and one even a few more dollars than we really want to spend.
but i think in the end, if its worth it, its worth the money even if its a bit more and we have to do some smart shopping with what we have left.

after homework was done, we decided to run to the store to save from making the trip out tomorrow.. and stopped by verizon to attempt to get my phone fixed. needless to say the error code that has driven me nuts for the past what seems like forever, ended up being what is called the *white light of death* for blackberry storms.. ah lovely!
this meant that we had to get a whole new phone and i cant say i am complaining to much as the cost after mail in rebate is only what an insurance claim would have ran us..
from there we headed to best buy where my ever loving hubby bought me my laptop.. i cant tell you how thrilled i am to be able to jump online and see all these grand things that i havent been able to on my phone and with limited computer time ..
i was only looking at minis (netbooks) but the cost of the netbooks were right around $400 and this laptop was on sale for the same amount! woohoo!!

i hope he doesnt think this means he wont be attacked for the next 7 days because um yeah hes still getting attacked *rofl* its that time of the month for bd'n and hopefully will end in a bfp .. but we have to do the deed and than wait it out and see...

is it weird that i almost feel guilty for having so much bought today? the amount of money spent?
