need to call the vets again tomorrow and have my clyde checked out again.. dunno what it is but again that mystery rash is back and im thinking not hives? but what do i know im not a vet..
is it possible he got bit by something, sure yeah i mean the back yard was looking like a jungle and according to the wildabeast the buggas were running while he was playing nascar driver on his mower but still.. again and so soon? we are giving him his benadryl (spelling) pills but they dont seem to be doing much of anything not that the vet gave us a huge timeline to be able to have them have any affect, she said within the first few hours..
we also de-bugged the back yard yesterday.. spreading bug killer all over the place. that was interesting in itself, of course it has to be something pet and kid safe so as we walked into our local lowes i started reading bags looking for warning labels etc. so im reading and reading and i find a bag that i couldnt find the label on so i asked a lowes employee (thats what they are there for right?) now i could have accepted the woman saying *i dont work in this department, let me call someone who can answer your question for you* i dont expect anyone to be an expert in every department and could have lived so nicely with that answer.. but no.. instead she decided to answer us ~
her answers i thought were quite entertaining.. at first she said *well i wouldnt feed it to him* yeah neither would i lady i mean seriously? what i need to know is when or if it is safe to allow my clyde and my boys back into the yard after spreading the chemical.. duh! so than she says *well i wouldnt do it when he is out there so you dont get it on him* again no shit!! thats not what i asked what i asked is when is an acceptable time after spreading this chemical around the yard to allow my clyde and my children back into the yard? but i was polite and thanked her as she walked away..
i finally found the recommendation by the manufacture and went about my business.. the manufacture suggested to wait at least an hour.. we waited over 12 hours *lol* now i just need to internet search for something that is completely safe and harmless to both pets and kids for bug killing in the yard.. thats my goal to find it if it even exists so that i can keep the yard bug free as much as possible.
that and the wildabeast is just going to have to play nascar driver more so than not or im going to get on the mower which im not allowed to touch and do it myself!!
