ron and little ron headed to get something done on the boat motor (dont ask me i dont speak boat lingo) while i worked on waking up.. going to bed at 4am and getting up before i willingly opened my eyes on my own wasnt in my plans for today but it is the way it worked out..
took a while for me to get moving but still plenty of time to do all i wanted to get done..
headed outside and washed off the porch.. pollen is bad this time of year and has been for a while so everything is coated in that lovely shade of yellow/green dust that you would just love to go away.. watered my plants and was getting ready to get things straightened up and back in there place when the wildabeast informed me that he wanted to *do some work on the roof of the porch* before i put everything back, thats fine, it was still early afternoon so i could get it all done and than of course he decides to just *put it off* until another day.. great thanks appreciate it.. so now the plants are still in the yard and the porch is a mess.. but i cant really set things up until he gets his side of the job done .. after all i know he is only either going to use it as an excuse of why not to do it or im going to have to haul everything back off the porch so he can get out there and do his thing.. can we say annoying??
we did get the van washed and all pretty looking on the outside even though we kept getting told it was a waste of time to do, yeah well it might be a waste with the pollen still raining down but at least its jut not caking on top of each other over and over again.. im sure its a waste of time to vacuum the van when we are going to take clyde in it again as well but you know, it still has to be done ...
the guys also washed the boat, which needed a good scrubbing for the obvious reasons.. pollen!!
still on my *to do* list is washing my clyde, he needs it and i have to get it done soon because wyatt is getting in the shower at 8:30pm like it or not.. tomorrow is school and im looking forward to an early bedtime for the kiddos..
speaking of tomorrow, we are heading to jacksonville with mother to go look at the durango we found yesterday.. as well as gonna stop by a local car dealer that we went to yesterday because ron noticed there was a ford expedition out there, we already know they are closed on mondays but hey we can still window peek and decide if we want to come back to inquire on it more or if it isnt worth the further look into kwim?
than i think maybe tomorrow we are gonna run to payless to find owen some new shoes, not sure yet but his little feets are getting to big for his shoes.. i cant wait to see him tonight.. i love that mother wants to have the relationship with him that she does and wants to spend time with him.. but at the same time i miss his little giggles and big smiles when he isnt home!
